I got this idea from Pinterest! Sooo Cool!!! They did it in Mason Jars, but this was all I had. Use or make your favorite dressing and pour into bottem of jar. Next add carrots, mushrooms, cucumbers, califlower, broccolli, cherry tomotoes (things that wont get too soggy). Next I added pecans and apples. Finally I added greens. Make sure the greens do not touch the dressing until ready to eat. When ready to eat just shake and eat. {Remember Mc Donalds Salad Shakers?}EASY BALSALMIC:
- 1/4 cup balsalmic vinegar
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon digon mustard
- pinch sea salt
- pinch pepper
